We'll start at a pace that suits your comfort level, gradually introducing you to the fundamentals of strength training while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.

Training programs can be customized based on the equipment you have available, whether it's a fully equipped gym or home-based. We'll work with what you have to ensure effective workouts. However, if youβre interested in working with me for athletic development, itβs recommended you have access to a barbell, weights, and off-feet cardio equipment.
